I see lots of white hair on my head these days that it’s really freaking me out. Those white hair are growing in clusters. I can see about ten to fifteen strands of white hair whenever i flip my hair to one side. Sometimes i see about three to fours at a site, sometimes even more. I really do hate the sight of those white hair and am trying to figure out how to get rid of white hair without having to pull them out or cut them off.

My sis has a lot of white hair too and she says she wont bother with them and that white hair runs in the family. She only uses hairdye for white hair occasionally to cover up those white hair. But then, one month down the road, she can see those white hair appearing again. She has a lot of them at her hairline, especially at the temples and that makes it more apparent. Mine grows at the top of my head mostly, and of course all over the place in a sporadic manner. I really hate the sight of them.

So, do you think there’s anything that i can take like a hair vitamin or hair supplement that can turn white hair black again? I have jet black hair and those clusters of white hair is a real eye sore. I would like to buy hair vitamin online as i cant find any where i live. If someone has a good hair vitamin that they have the ability to recommend, i dont mind trying it out. Is white hair due to stress? Does sleeping more slows down white hair growth? Can hair vitamin help prevent white hair growth?
